What are your resolutions for 2007?
Pretty much the same as last year's, with only a few additions:
- Spend less money on fast food, and more money on YARN! (Jim says this is where I should have put "and put more money in savings", but what does he know? Gotta keep that yarn stash a healthy size ;)
- Remember when playing the adoption waiting game that it's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when - we will bring a baby home - hopefully this year.
- Be more patient with my daughter - nothing in my life is too important that I can't stop to have a tea party with G and her imaginary friends.
- Knit a sweater. An honest-to-goodness, adult-sized sweater. Me and Mermaid Girl are gonna knit sweaters together -- I foresee hours of laughter, tears, frogging and a whole lot of lattes.
- Dust off the treadmill. Just dust it off - that's all. ;)
- Remember to thank God daily for the many joys in my life, rather than only stopping to pray when I'm asking for something.
- Donate more to those less fortunate, and not just during the holidays or when someone I know is walking a marathon. If I can afford weekly caramel macchiatos, I can afford to give a little. How about you? ;)

Love this musical. Might quite possibly be my favorite, actually. I always pretended to be Blythe Danner's Martha. My grandmother used to play the movie non-stop whenever us kids visited, and it wasn't long before I'd memorized all the lines! Pretty sure I was the only 4th grader in my class who knew the names of every member of the 2nd Continental Congress.
What's the last thing you crafted, constructed or created yourself?
Crafted and actually finished it, too? Then that would be these:
Socks for my friend's birthday in July. She got them in September. Yeah, my timing was a little off! Currently crafting/constructing/creating a scarf for Jim that no matter how much I time I spend knitting on it, it never seems to get any longer:
He'll be lucky if it's done by next September.
